As an LA Fleet Week exhibitor or vendor you will have the opportunity to engage with a large and diverse audience over the extended Labor Day holiday weekend. 

The outdoor exhibit areas are located in the main LA Fleet Week footprint at the Port of Los Angeles, directly in front of and adjacent to the iconic Battleship IOWA Museum and expansive World Cruise Center, providing maximum exposure to event attendees.


Confirmed exhibitors and vendors may promote goods and services to the tens of thousands of people who enjoy LA Fleet Week each year. Exhibitors and vendors will be required to staff their spaces all four days and promote in a tasteful fashion in consideration of a family-friendly environment.


Producers reserve the right to request the removal of any exhibitor, food vendor, entertainer, volunteer, or participant in the event of a display of inappropriate content or behavior.

Veteran service organizations providing valuable services, support, and hospitality to our veterans and their families. 



Engaging STEM displays (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) geared toward middle and high school students who are interested in STEM-related careers. Includes hands-on activities for all ages, demonstrating how STEM impacts our everyday lives.


Fun-filled outdoor area designed for families with children. Chalk art, crafts, water activities, and scavenger hunt, just to name a few. All ages welcome.


Emergency service organizations and first responders providing education about their services, demonstrating their capabilities in response to major disasters, showcasing their department assets, and recruiting for current and future job opportunities.



Outdoor display of historic and modern military vehicles and equipment, bringing visitors up close for unique engagement and photo opportunities.


Family-friendly displays connecting a variety of products and services with event attendees and visiting military service personnel.


In an effort to provide the best overall guest experience, we require confirmed exhibitors and vendors to staff their assigned spaces on all four days of our 2021 event:

  • Friday, September 3rd

  • Saturday, September 4th

  • Sunday, September 5th

  • Monday, September 6th (Labor Day)

Daily event hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

non-profit organizations, equal to 20% of our regular booth rates. Government and City agencies (law enforcement, fire department, and armed forces) are eligible to participate at no cost in our First Responders and Military Villages.
